Three sessions
Plan for two hours for the first, and 1.5 hours each for the second and third sessions. These will be scheduled a few days apart so you can start enjoying the benefits and breathing easier right away. You will experience relaxing hypnosis and receive acupressure instruction at each session. The sessions focus on reducing your urge to smoke, calming any feelings about becoming a non-smoker, help you to understand your needs and then becoming a non-smoker. I find that doing the work in this way makes it easy and permanent. Your natural focus on more important things, like using your new energy and taking care of your body will take over at that point.

It is unusual to require more than 3 sessions, however if more support is needed and you have been doing your easy homework, and you are making a sincere attempt, an additional session will be provided free of charge. You deserve to be a happy and healthy non-smoker!
